Our neighborhood watch group got together again this evening, this time at Glenn Franks house. We were able to get the ear of Gino Fillipi, Ray Musser and the city manager Stephen Dunn to come listen to our concerns and questions about our part of south Upland. It was a wonderful evening! You came to the meeting but I had Daddy come up and get you. You didn't understand the whole quiet thing when people were talking...
