Mommy and Daddy were off work today for Cesar Chavez day. Daddy wanted to take you to the LA Zoo, we even got half off because we are members at the Santa Ana Zoo. You probably could have spent the whole day at our first stop, the waterfall. You could hear the waterfall from where we were eating lunch and you kept saying "rain" because it sounded like rain, what a smart girl! We went over there and you could care less about the pelican, you loved the waterfall and running back and forth (you were free!). We took you to the petting zoo area and you didn't care to much to pet the animals, you loved running around with the other kids (you will have no problems making friends when your older I am guessing).
We saw lots of other animals around the zoo but your favorite was to just run around and be outside. Near the end you got tired and even fell asleep in your stroller. You slept all the way home in the car and you were ready to do it again. What a bundle of energy!
