Almost missed one!

I almost missed the photo of you today! We had settled in for the night and I was almost asleep when like a bolt of lightening, I realized I hadn't taken your photo yet today! I risked using the flash (thinking please please please don't wake up!!) and snapped this one of you sleeping just before midnight.

When I first saw that drew all over the fence with the chalk I wasn't happy with you. I almost said stop but you were having so much fun and nothing a squirt of water can't undo so you kept drawing. I kind of like your new art installation Genevieve!

DaddyMommy?

You have come up with a new name for us Genevieve. We are now both DaddyMama. You use to know who we were, but then you started mixing up our names. You now invented the solution: DaddyMommy! Covers both of us in one shot. I wonder if NanaPapa and GrandmaGrandpa are up next?

1, 2, 3 ...11- Go!

Genevieve you are one funny baby! Tonight you kept stacking up the paper towels, counting at the top of your lungs to 11 and kicked them down, clapped then said "oh no, what a mess!" and stacked again. It was really funny to watch and I got most of it on video. Not sure why you decided to count to 11, but it is pretty impressive, your not even two!

PIllowcase dress, from an actual pillowcase!

Ok, so I know I posted about the pillowcase dress Grandma made you earlier, this one she made you from an actual pillowcase. I found it at the Upland Animal Shelter annual rummage sale and Grandma reconfigured it into a super cute dress for you. What a cutie!

Sesame Street Live, Elmo Makes music

Grandma won us tickets to go see Sesame Street Live at CBBA. We took Baby Lindsay and her mommy Laura with us. You had a fun time in play area before the show and enjoyed the singing and dancing. Baby Lindsay fell asleep half way through and you wanted to walk up and down the stairs. You had a good time though and enjoyed singing along with the songs.

Outside Picnic

Tonight the weather was so nice we ate outside in the backyard. You were busy playing with your chalk, your bike, your house and the dirt. I got you to eat some noodles and rice before you got bored and went back to playing.
