Dinner with Cousin Bobby

Tonight Daddy's cousin Bobby came over for dinner. Nana came over as well and brought some yummy potatoes and beans. Daddy made steaks and we all had a feast! You were shy at first but you warmed up and before long you were all over the place.

Whip Cream- No Hands!

Mommy made you a shortcake with whip cream on it for dessert tonight. For some reason you were not interested in the cake, and wanted to eat the whip cream with no hands. You kept leaning over to lick off the whip cream from the top. Although it was fun to watch you were getting frustrated because it was so slow going. You were adamant about NOT using the fork though!

Homework to do

Genevieve you had your laptop and books all spread out over the couch and living room. It looked like you were cramming for a midterm! You kept yourself entertained tonight but you sure left a mess behind in your wake.

Sunday Visting with Great Grandma

We spent the afternoon with Great Grandma. She was awake and very chatty today compared to the past few times we have been. You kept her good company by running in and out of the room. You enjoyed playing outside with Renita and Grandma Terri was there to see you as well. You are one lucky little girl to get so much attention.

Saturday Walk

I felt the need to get out and enjoy this beautiful weather we have been having! Daddy joined us as we walked up Euclid from Foothill to 19th and back. You were doing good in the stroller till 18th before you wanted out, out, out! We let you walk for a bit but put you back against your will so we wouldn't have to make it a 5 hour journey back down.

Daddy and Genevieve

Tonight it was Genevieve and Daddy time! Mommy went to go see Foreigner in San Bernardino so you got a night with Daddy. Daddy said you knitted, cooked dinner, played chess and did yoga together (just kidding). I was home just in time to get you to bed, what a lucky girl!

Bath Time

You get so excited when it is your bath time Genevieve. You see Daddy with the rub, run into the bathroom and watch him fill it up. It is hard to convince you to go into your room to take your clothes off, because you think I might trick you and you won't get back to that bath. You have such a good time splashing and playing in the bath water. You had the rubber duck on the edge of the bathtub and said "ready set go" and had him jump down into the bath water, it was so cute!
