Welcome Baby Jones!

Today we went and visited new baby Athena Jones. She was born December 6th at San Dimas Community Hospital. Proud mommy and daddy Lisa and Eric. It will be nice to have such a cute little baby so close for you to play with. You couldn't go back in to meet Athena but you will meet her soon I am sure!

Ninja Baby

I kept waiting for the sunlight but thought I better get these 4 month photos in before your ready for your 5 month photos! I had to use flash, which I hate, but they turned out pretty good... You can tell how much more personality you have now then even your 3 month photos.

Earlier in the evening we got to meet our cousin Terri, her little baby Landon and Aunt Diane (from Great Grandpa Fortune's side) for dinner. We have been waiting to meet little Landon- he just turned 1 month old! We had a wonderful dinner at Richie's Dinner at Victoria Gardens.  You both were such good babies!

Blogging and Monkeys

It was blog catch up day!You can see on the screen behind me I am uploading photos onto the blog. Sometimes my postings run a few days behind but I always have the photos on my camera and do a batch all at once (usually the weekend!). Your monkey onesie and pants are so cute! It is probably one of my favorite outfits on you. You always seem to poop on it though... When your a baby I guess it is ok! You love grabbing your toes! You can get them in your mouth now!

Holiday Party

It was our first holiday party with you! We have had a holiday party every year we have had the house and this year was probably the most challenging since we were trying to clean, make food and get everything ready and you wanted our undivided attention! We got it together though, only running about 10 minutes behind, not bad! You looked so cute in your Santa outfit. Everyone loved holding you and seeing how much you have grown. Next year you will be walking around and eating food off the floor (probably)!

You also rolled over once today- yea! Just once from tummy to back but it is a start! 

Shots and Visting with Great Granddaddy

You had your 4 month doctors appointment today.  You were 24 1/2" long and just over 16 pounds. Looks like you are finally making it back into the "normal" range for weight. You got 2 shots and one oral vaccine. Daddy took you to your appointment since Mommy is still so new at her job and couldn't get off. It will be Mommy's turn next time though. Daddy said you only cried a little bit when you got your shots.

Tonight your Great Granddaddy Fortune came over to visit with you. He missed you and wanted to see you! Daddy and Great Granddaddy had pizza for dinner and you were so hungry when I came home. I fed you and visited for a while as well. I went to Grandpa Di Donato's play in the evening and Grandma watched you. You were a pretty good girl, a little cranky from your shots still.

Almost Friday!

We were treated to a 3 day work week last week so this whole 5 day work week thing seems to drag on and on! Thursday down and only 1 more day to go till the weekend starts- jammed packed like always!

Decorating the Tree

Well it took a couple days but tonight we finally got around to decorating the tree. You helped me put the 1st ornament on the tree, a Maggie Simpson one Daddy got me. Maggie is in a red snowsuit and looks so cute!! You loved touching the branches of the tree although you weren't to happy about me putting you in the basket under the tree...
